Return & Refund Policy

Product exchanges are only acceptable if they are of equal or higher value. Please contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the item(s). The product must be returned in its original condition (resellable condition) as it was when shipped from us. This means it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way. 


Please understand that there are no refunds/exchanges for hair that has been installed, cut, dyed, washed, or damaged in any way. For your protection, we suggest using a traceable postal carrier with a signature for all exchanges. We are not responsible for lost items during transit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs in a product exchange transaction. New items or a refund will be provided within 2 working days after we receive the hair in its original condition.


We are confident in the quality of our human hair product, and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair can be easily washed and deep conditioned, any issues or concerns regarding the product can be easily resolved by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you believe you have received a genuinely defective and unusual product, please let us know. We would like you to contact us within a maximum of 3 days from the delivery date. While refunds are not permitted, we will professionally address the issue immediately.

One of our Customer Service Representatives will provide you with instructions for returning the product(s) under consideration. Please note that coloring, bleaching, rinsing, cutting, removing hair from the weft, or processing the hair in any other way voids the policy for exchanging defective products. If you verify and accept that the product is defective in any way, we will exchange or replace the item.

If the customer chooses a higher-value product in exchange, they will be responsible for paying the price difference. Wendy Hair Boutique covers the shipping cost of the exchanged/new product to the user if expedited shipping is selected. If we do not recognize the defect in question, we will return the item to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without a product exchange.

Limitation of Liability

Wendy Hair Boutique does not recognize any liability beyond what is established in this document, including any liability for unavailable products or the provision of services and support. We will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, nor for any third-party claims, except as expressly provided in this document.

This limitation of liability applies to both products and services. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not included with products under this agreement, Wendy Hair Boutique is not liable for any amount of damages exceeding the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are not processed on Sundays and national holidays. Products at Wendy Hair Boutique will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the payment for your purchase is confirmed. Please note that orders placed after 5:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day. If it is an emergency purchase, please contact us in advance as soon as possible.
